Many thanks to everyone who entered my competition for the chance
to win a signed copy of "Where have all the Cowboys gone" along with
a T-Shirt of the book cover, a western-themed Charm bracelet +
Ellora's Cave playing cards!
The answer to the question was: the main difference in the book
covers is the tattoo on the cowboy's shoulder. It was included on the
original cover art sent to me (and Amazon etc) but when I received the
books-no tattoo!
Overall winner for getting the above answer correct, and my favorite
caption is
